Through feeling, we learn new things — re-programming our bodies, releasing and overwriting what is old and outdated. This process is one of letting go of all that no longer nourishes us and everything we no longer need. Our bodies shape, express, and translate what our souls long to say.

Marie-Sophie brings over 17 years of experience as an osteopath, physical therapist, and public health expert, specializing in performing arts medicine and female health. Her global work — including collaborations with opera houses and dance companies in Vienna, Berlin, and Montevideo, as well as with the Integrative Medicine Institute in Nierika, Mexico — has highlighted the transformative power of touch and movement in fostering healing, growth, and both personal and professional development.
