The following terms and conditions apply to all use of Marie-Sophie Kiepe facilities, workshops, and offerings, regardless of the location, time, or manner in which they are conducted, unless otherwise specified in additional contracts.
CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY – 30HRS TOUCH TRAINING
Please note: A separate document outlining the full Terms & Conditions will be provided upon confirmation of your interest. This document includes all details regarding participation, responsibilities, and cancellation terms.
Payment for the training will only be requested after a 15-minute introductory call, during which we’ll ensure the training is the right fit for you and answer any remaining questions.
We kindly remind you that bookings are non-refundable.
Of course, you are welcome to make changes to your booking (please do so in writing). However, as we are a small company and rely on each participant’s commitment, last-minute cancellations are difficult to accommodate. Therefore, the following applies:
Change of dates: You may transfer your participation to another training, workshop, retreat, or 1:1 session within one year, provided you inform us
Late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
After the training has started, no refunds (full or partial) will be issued for unused sessions or early termination on your side.
In the rare event that we need to cancel the training from our side due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund.
Please note: We cannot reimburse any personal costs such as travel expenses, missed workdays, or other costs incurred in preparation for the training. Also, changes in teaching staff, schedule, or other logistical arrangements may occasionally occur and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included in the price of the training. We highly recommend an additional purchase of an international travel insurance to provide the utmost protection, including Covid, and to prevent financial loss. It is your own responsibility to have an international health insurance that covers medical care in the specific country you’re traveling to as well as a transport home if need be. Any damage done to the premises where the retreat is held have to be covered by you. Please make sure to inform yourself in time at your local embassy or official government website about any travel restrictions e.g. visa requirements for the country you would like to travel to. It’s your own responsibility to take care about your visa / travel status in time.
LIABILITY
Each client assures with the booking / payment or use of a service of Marie-Sophie Kiepe to take responsibility for his or her own actions. Marie-Sophie Kiepe does not guarantee any success in terms of healing physical, emotional or mental illnesses. In case of acute physical or mental disorders, psychological or mental suffering, each participant is explicitly advised to consult a medical doctor in advanced.

Note for appointments: if you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24hrs notice.
Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24hrs will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to the reserved services.
