Gentle somatic exercises, breathwork, and guided belly massage to reconnect with your core, soften internal tension, and restore a felt sense of safety within the body.
Abdominal Mapping & Emotional Release
A refined approach to sensing the belly through psychosomatic mapping, inspired by Daoist and Tibetan medicine. You’ll learn to recognize patterns of holding, understand their emotional and physiological meaning, and gently support release through touch, awareness, and breath.
Digestive Care Rituals
The integration of bitters, teas, oils, and simple nourishment practices to stimulate digestion, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s natural rhythms of assimilation and elimination.
Movement & Integration Rituals
Slow, nourishing movement sequences influenced by somatic practice, dance, and Gyrokinesis to integrate release, support posture, and restore fluidity, ease, and aliveness throughout the body.
Weekly Schedule
Practice with me each week and build strength while deepening your relationship with yourself and your body. Each class is offered online at 6 PM (CET/ Berlin time), and you don’t need any equipment other than a stool. Each 75-minute session includes time for Q&A, making space for all your questions.

About Marie-Sophie Kiepe
OSTEOPATH & DESIGNER OF EMBODIED EXPERIENCES
Marie-Sophie is a passionate advocate for holistic health, with a rich academic background in physical therapy, osteopathic medicine, and public health.
Complementing her formal education, she has pursued extensive training in movement and Eastern practices, including Gyrotonic® & Gyrokinesis®, Tibetan Pulse, and Universal Healing Tao.
With over 17 years of experience in performing arts medicine, Marie-Sophie has collaborated with institutions such as the Vienna State Opera, State Ballet Berlin, Ballet Nacional del Sodre, and the Intercultural Medicine Institute, as well as Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, contributing to research exploring the relationship between osteopathy, movement, and artistic performance.
Her work focuses on guiding individuals back into connection with their bodies—supporting regulation, awareness, and a deeper sense of embodied well-being through sensory perception, presence, and spatial experience.
Based in Berlin, she works from her studio and online, offering courses and sessions that integrate science, body awareness, and sensory experience.

The online guided live sessions are created mainly for every body. However, it is not recommended for a person under treatment or facing a severe illness. Drugs can easily trigger unwanted and dangerous skin reactions on the body when using too much pressure. Physical illnesses weaken the body and increase its sensitivity. We will meet each Wednesday at 6pm (Berlin time) for 90min live session where we will go through a sequence of massage techniques and sensual movements. Once you have enrolled you will get access to the content. Furthermore, we will upload a replay after each live session for you, so you can repeat the session afterwards again whenever you have time and space.
