In this course, you’ll learn how to gently soften the jaw through mindful self-touch and facial reflexology, creating space for ease, regulation, and expression to return.
Weekly Schedule
Practice with me each week and build strength while deepening your relationship with yourself and your body. Each class is offered online at 6 PM (Berlin time), and you don’t need any equipment other than a stool. Each 75-minute session includes time for Q&A, making space for all your questions.

We will meet each Wednesday at 6pm (Berlin time) for 90min live session where we will go through a sequence of massage techniques and sensual movements. Once you have enrolled you will get access to the content. Furthermore, we will upload a replay after each live session for you, so you can repeat the session afterwards again whenever you have time and space.
