In this four-week immersion, we approach the pelvic floor as an intelligent, integrated system — where muscles, fascia, breath mechanics, self-touch, and nervous system regulation work in constant dialogue. This dynamic network shapes posture, continence, sexual vitality, circulation, and emotional stability.
Rather than isolating “strength,” we restore coordination and expand capacity — reconnecting diaphragm, deep core, spinal stabilizers, hips, and autonomic tone to re-establish timing, elasticity, and responsive support.
Through guided self-assessment, conscious self-touch, precise external and internal techniques, and breath-based neuromuscular retraining, you will learn to release unconscious gripping, improve fascial glide and circulation, support vaginal tissue health, and increase your capacity to sense without overwhelm.
This is not about tightening.

Pelvic dysfunction often goes unnoticed. Because it is rarely taught with clarity and nuance, it becomes a blind spot — either ignored

Weekly Schedule
Practice with me each week and build strength while deepening your relationship with yourself and your body. Each class is offered online at 6 PM (CET/ Berlin time), and you don’t need any equipment other than a stool. Each 75-minute session includes time for Q&A, making space for all your questions.

EMBODIMENT COACH
Marie-Sophie Kiepe is an osteopath and embodiment coach with a background in physical therapy, osteopathic medicine, and public health. Her work integrates Western medical science with movement-based and Eastern healing traditions, including Tibetan Pulse and Universal Healing Tao.
With over 17 years of experience in performing arts medicine, she has worked with institutions such as the Vienna State Opera and State Ballet Berlin, and contributed to research at Charité Berlin. Based in Berlin, she teaches internationally and guides people to reconnect with their bodies through precise, embodied care.

We will meet each Wednesday at 6pm (Berlin time) for 75min live session where we will go through a sequence of massage techniques and sensual movements. Once you have enrolled you will get access to the content. Furthermore, we will upload a replay after each live session for you, so you can repeat the session afterwards again whenever you have time and space.
