A 3-DAY WOMEN’S EXPERIENCE
CULTIVATING THE FLAME
Under the Fire Horse
15-17th of May 2026
This three-day women’s experience invites you to cultivate and consciously direct the flame within. Guided by embodiment practices and tea ceremony, you’ll explore how to self-regulate your nervous system, refine your inner fire, and stay connected to your vitality without burning out.
Cultivating the Flame is about meeting your aliveness with care—learning when to soften, when to move, and how to let clarity and direction arise from within.
This intimate container supports women in times of transition, expansion, or renewal—those longing to reconnect with their inner warmth, presence, and creative force in a grounded, sustainable way.
When a woman tends her inner flame, she moves through life with clarity, magnetism, and embodied trust—ready to welcome what wants to emerge next.

How to shift from effort into embodied vitality, applying Tao–Tantric–inspired movement principles that restore flow and potency
How ritual, tea, and stillness support mental clarity and emotional grounding, creating space for insight without overwhelm
How to move and dance from sensation rather than performance, allowing emotion to release, integrate, and reorganize
How to use nourishment, rest, and nature as active tools for integration, not as passive recovery
How to anchor what you learn into daily life through simple, repeatable rituals that reconnect you with warmth, orientation, and inner steadiness
A rare and intimate gathering
This is an extraordinary, one-time constellation.
My colleague and dear friend Jade Brunel is traveling to Europe to share her gifts with us in this intimate setting — a meeting of practices, lineages, and lived wisdom that does not happen often and will only take place once this year.
Cultivating the Flame is designed as a small, held circle — just 6 women — allowing for depth, safety, and genuine connection. Every element is intentional. Every presence matters.

Meet the Practitioners
Marie-Sophie Kiepe (Host)
Marie-Sophie is an osteopath, embodiment educator, and founder of the touch.® — a method rooted in the art of Touch, Movement, and Presence. After experiencing chronic pain at a young age due to thrombosis, she devoted her life to studying self-healing and the intelligence of the body. Her approach weaves osteopathic medicine, somatic education, and Daoist and Tibetan energy work into a refined philosophy of embodied care — guiding others to reconnect with themselves through awareness, intimacy, and touch. Read more about her here.
Jade Brunel (Guest Teacher)
Jade is a tea practitioner, author, and founder of WAOTEA.
Her work bridges Daoist mysticism, mindfulness, and somatic awareness — guiding others through tea as a path of stillness, transformation, and connection. For over fifteen years, she has dedicated her life to the study of tea culture, meditation, and healing arts across Asia, weaving ancient ritual into modern life with grace and presence.
