Reflections After the 30HRS
The second 30HRS Touch Training of this year just came to a close, and I’m still landing in everything we shared, felt, and moved through.
Each group brings something different.
Each time, I learn again what it means to listen with the whole body.
There’s a tenderness that forms when people come together in trust, in deep attention, in slowness.
And when that field is held through touch, the transformation becomes visceral.
This round was no exception.
It was beautiful, intense in all the right ways, and full of quiet breakthroughs.
I often say: this work isn’t about learning how to do touch.
It’s about remembering how to be in it.
How to offer presence through your hands, gestures, breath
and how to receive that presence in return.
For those who’ve asked me what’s next —
I want to share something special here, first with you.
In 2026, I will be offering a 70HRS advanced training in touch.
It’s been growing in me for a while now, slowly, quietly.
And it will be a space for deeper study, for those who’ve already walked the 30HRS path with me.
It will be more intimate.
More layered.
More of everything that lives underneath the technique.
More information will follow, but for now, I just wanted to whisper it into this space as a seed, a pulse, a promise.
And if you’re new to this work and curious to begin.
Another round of the 30HRS Touch Training is happening this September, and there are still three spots open.
If you feel a pull, reach out. I’d love to hear from you.
Thank you to all who have journeyed with me so far.
This work lives through you.
With so much love,
Marie-Sophie
