THIS EDITION
Heart & Skin:
Touching Into Desire, Intimacy & Aliveness
November 12, 2025 – December 10, 2025
Awaken the intelligence of your heart and the radiant field that surrounds it. In this four-week exploration of self-touch, somatic awareness, and mindful movement, you’ll soften protective layers, nourish your chest and rib cage, and reconnect with the natural
aliveness that flows from an open heart.
Through gentle release techniques, breath and fascia work, and heart-centered movement rituals, we’ll explore the electromagnetic field of the heart — the subtle space where emotion, connection, and vitality are felt and expressed.
Whether you’re seeking to melt old armor, deepen intimacy with yourself and others, release tension in the chest, or simply live with more openness and presence, this program offers a grounded, embodied path to sensitivity, strength, and radiant connection.
Soften the armor, expand the breath, and let love move freely again.
5,000 Times Stronger:
Awakening the Heart’s Magnetic Field
Through Touch
Our hearts are more than muscles — they’re emotional landscapes, centers of connection, and powerful electromagnetic fields that reach far beyond the physical body. In fact, the heart’s field is about 60 times stronger electrically and up to 5,000 times stronger magnetically than the brain’s, making it a profound center of communication and felt connection. Yet for many of us, the heart space holds tension, protective armor, or unprocessed feelings.
Gentle chest opening, self-touch, and mindful movement can unlock this center. These practices support better posture and breathing, ease chronic tightness around the sternum and shoulders, and help release stored emotional and energetic blockages.
With consistent, loving practice, we build a new relationship with the heart — one of openness, sensitivity, and vibrant presence. This isn’t just about physical release; it’s about restoring connection, desire, and aliveness from the inside out.
In this course, we’ll explore:
Self-Healing Tools
Gentle somatic exercises, fascia release, breathwork, and self-touch techniques to soften the chest, improve circulation, and connect with your heart center.
Heart Awareness & Emotional Release
Practices to sense subtle holding patterns, work with the powerful electromagnetic field of the heart, and regulate the nervous system while creating space for emotional openness.
Movement & Integration Rituals
Fluid, heart-led movement sequences inspired by dance, Qi Gong, and the Gyrokinesis Method to cultivate radiance, sensuality, and ease in your upper body.
Bonus Session
Ceremonial Tea Journey with Jade Brunel
As part of our Heart & Skin journey, tea practitioner Jade Brunel will guide us through a meditative tea ceremony — a gentle ritual to open the senses, quiet the mind, and attune to the heart.
Founder of WAOTEA and author of “Tea, Remembering the Essence of Life,” Jade bridges Daoist mysticism, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. Her work supports others in navigating life’s transitions with grace, presence, and intimacy.

This online guided live sessions brings you back in balance, whatever you are experiencing right now. It increases circulation, stimulates organ function, helps your body detox and improves sleep. It also has many other potential benefits, such as slowing aging, nourishing your skin or preventing injury. It’s one of the most effective ways to calm modern life-induced anxiety, as well as leaving your skin looking smooth and radiant. It is also a great way to regularly check in with your body and get to know yourself, keeping an eye on changes, understanding your natural rhythms — especially for ovulating women. It is the perfect time to notice any new moles and do breast checks. The touch – Self Massage and Movement Sequences is a supportive way of seeing yourself with all your senses rather than through the often critical way we consider ourselves in the mirror or through photos.
-
These sessions are based on the philosophical approach of Taoism, Tibetan Pulse, Osteopathic Medicine, Physical Therapy, as well as Gyrokinesis® and Gyrotonic®. They are further informed by my professional experience of more than 17 years as a practicing therapist.

We are Touch
Touch is the first sense we grow in the womb.
It is the pulse of our essence,
always with us, always alive.
Our hands extend the heart —
they hold, release, and dance.
To touch is to move,
to be in touch is to flow,
with ourselves, with each other,
with life itself.
We are touch.
