Hip Freedom Journey:
A 4-Week Exploration to
Release, Strengthen & Embody Ease
September 10, 2025 – October 1, 2025
Discover freedom and fluidity in your hips with a four-week journey into self-touch, somatic awareness, and mindful movement. Over four transformative weeks, you'll explore gentle release techniques, body awareness practices, and movement rituals that awaken your hip intelligence.
Whether you’re seeking relief from stiffness, unlocking emotional patterns, or simply moving with more ease, this program offers a grounded, embodied path to strength, balance, and fluidity in your body.

Hips Don’t Lie: Release, Move, Feel Free
Our hips are more than just joints — they’re emotional reservoirs, movement centers, and gateways to vitality. Yet for many, they hold tension, stiffness, or even unprocessed emotions.
Hip release and mindful movement are powerful ways to awaken this center. They support mobility, ease chronic tightness, improve circulation, and help release stored emotional and physical tension.
With consistent, gentle practice, we begin to build a new relationship with our hips — rooted in ease, awareness, and grounded strength. This isn’t just about movement; it’s about restoring flow, balance, and connection within your body.
In this course, we’ll explore:
Self-Healing Tools: Gentle somatic exercises, breathwork, and self-touch techniques to release tension, improve range of motion, and reconnect with your hip center.
Hip Awareness & Emotional Release: Practices to sense areas of holding, support emotional release, and regulate the nervous system (main focus will be the Psoas Muscles)
Movement & Integration Rituals: Daily routines and mindful movement sequences based on dance, Qi Gong and Gyrokinesis Method to keep your hips fluid, strong, and responsive.
Weekly Schedule
Join me each week to build strength and deepen your connection with yourself and your body. Every class is held online at 6 PM (Berlin time), and all you need is a mat, a stool, and your body—no fancy equipment required. Each 75-minute session includes a Q&A, so there’s plenty of space to address any questions you have.
-
Week 1 – Foundations: Meet Your Hips
Introduction: Discover the hips as a center of stability, mobility, and emotional storage.
Anatomy focus: Basic hip anatomy — bones, joints, fascia, muscles, and the nervous system.
Exploration: The hip–body connection — how hips influence posture, movement, digestion, and emotional holding.
Practice: Breathwork and gentle movement activation to create space, soften tension, and connect with your hip center.
Outcome: A grounded understanding of your hips — both physically and emotionally — and the first steps toward deeper release and freedom.
-
Week 2 – Core Techniques: Learn the Language of Touch
Anatomy focus: Piriformis muscle and its relationship to the sacrum, sciatic nerve, and pelvic alignment.
Core Techniques:
Gentle hip joint mobilizations (external & internal rotation, flexion, extension)
Fascia release sequences for glutes, piriformis, and hip flexors, with special attention to the psoas
Guided self-massage techniques for dissolving hip and pelvic tension
Introduction to somatic awareness principles: sensing stored tension and emotional holding in the hips
Exploration: Restoring flow in the pelvis and sacral area, balancing stability with sensitivity.
Outcome: Greater hip mobility, reduced compression, and the ability to sense and respond to your body’s emotional language.
-
Week 3 – Opening the Front Body: Hip Flexors & Breath
Anatomy focus: Iliacus, rectus femoris, and the hip flexor group — their role in posture, gait, and emotional defense patterns.
Practice: Fascia release and lengthening sequences for hip flexors, integrated with breathwork.
Exploration: Creating harmony between the front and back body, understanding how tight hip flexors influence stress, posture, and emotional protection.
Outcome: Expanded breathing space, upright posture, and emotional openness through the pelvis and chest.
-
Week 4 – The Deep Core: Releasing & Awakening the Psoas
Anatomy focus: Psoas major — the deep core muscle linking spine, pelvis, and breath; often called the “muscle of the soul.”
Practice: Gentle fascia release, unwinding, and somatic sequencing for the psoas.
Exploration: How the psoas reflects nervous system patterns, trauma storage, and emotional resilience.
Outcome: A profound sense of inner stability, nervous system regulation, and emotional freedom — as your hips reconnect with their natural intelligence and vitality.
Self-Touch x Movement: Unlocking Healing and Empowerment from Within
This course goes beyond technique—it’s an invitation to rediscover the deep connection between you and your body. Blending the precision of osteopathy with the intimacy of self-touch and conscious movement, it empowers you not just to release tension, but to truly feel, listen, and respond to your body’s needs.
Self-touch and movement become a language of healing—cultivating trust, emotional release, and a deep sense of safety within your own skin. Rather than following rigid methods, you’ll be guided to move with intention, curiosity, and fluidity, honoring your body as your greatest teacher on the path to embodied freedom.

This online guided live sessions brings you back in balance, whatever you are experiencing right now. It increases circulation, stimulates organ function, helps your body detox and improves sleep. It also has many other potential benefits, such as slowing aging, nourishing your skin or preventing injury. It’s one of the most effective ways to calm modern life-induced anxiety, as well as leaving your skin looking smooth and radiant. It is also a great way to regularly check in with your body and get to know yourself, keeping an eye on changes, understanding your natural rhythms — especially for ovulating women. It is the perfect time to notice any new moles and do breast checks. The touch – Self Massage and Movement Sequences is a supportive way of seeing yourself with all your senses rather than through the often critical way we consider ourselves in the mirror or through photos.

We are Touch
Touch is the first sense we grow in the womb.
It is the pulse of our essence,
always with us, always alive.
Our hands extend the heart —
they hold, release, and dance.
To touch is to move,
to be in touch is to flow,
with ourselves, with each other,
with life itself.
We are touch.
