Some spaces feel like breath — quiet, intentional, and full of invitation.

A few weeks ago, I was invited by my dear friend Laura Wencker, founder of the holistic architecture studio ONEONENESS to share a glimpse into how I move, live, and root as a female-read body at home.

Laura is not only a gifted spatial designer but also the eye behind these photographs. She asked me to speak about my five favorite home rituals; simple practices that help me return to myself, soften my nervous system, and stay in dialogue with the spaces around me.

This interview felt less like a feature and more like a shared meditation. Most of all, it was a moment of friendship and feminine resonance.

The courses at ONEONENESS are taught in French. You can explore her offerings and her work here.

Words are few here. I’ll let the images speak for themselves.

Merci, Laura.
