There are certain spaces that feel like they’re already holding you before you even step through the door. St. Oak is one of those places.

Nestled in an atmosphere of stillness, clarity, and beauty, St. Oak offers more than just a physical container; it’s a living field for exploration, connection, and embodied learning. It feels like the perfect home for my 30HRS Touch Training, and I’m so grateful to be offering this journey here.

What This Training Is About

This is not a course about fixing others.
It’s not a technique-driven model for performance.

It’s an invitation to listen through your hands, to meet the body with reverence, and to rediscover the power of intentional, attuned touch.

Over the course of 30 hours, we’ll explore:

  • The fundamentals of safe, consensual, intuitive touch

  • Nervous system awareness and regulation

  • Somatic presence and emotional attunement

  • Techniques drawn from osteopathy, energetic bodywork, and movement medicine

  • The role of touch in personal and collective healing

Whether you’re a practitioner, movement teacher, facilitator, or simply someone who wants to deepen their relationship with the intelligence of the body—this training will meet you where you are.

Why St. Oak?

St. Oak is a space that supports inner work in a way that feels natural, rooted, and alive. There’s a softness to it, and a quiet invitation to drop out of the noise and into something deeper.

Every training needs a place that can hold the group process—not just logistically, but energetically. St. Oak does this beautifully.

If this speaks to something in you, I’d love for you to join us.
The training group is small and intimate, with limited spots to ensure depth and connection.

You can find more details and apply here.

With warmth,
Marie-Sophie
